I had a close friend – his name was Tony Samaan. Tony was like a brother to me. We spoke every day and saw each other even more. I knew and loved Tony for fourteen years until that terrible day in 2016 when lung cancer took him from us. He was only 46 years old. And, even though a day never passes without me thinking about him, out of tragedy sometimes springs inspiration. It is because of my love for Tony that I started Pelham Properties – I wanted to do whatever I could to honor his memory and to give back.
Pelham Properties is extremely proud to announce that we will be partnering with several area charitable organizations that are dedicated to fighting this disease and helping those who are coping with it or who have survived its effects. And we will be donating a minimum of 20% of the commission from every transaction to the charitable organization of our clients’ choice.
We will be keeping a running tally on this website of the amount that has been donated – along with a list of the participating charities.
So along with our world-class agents who will handle all of your real estate needs, Pelham Properties will also be working with our community and giving back as often as we can.
This is for Tony.
